Pale straw yellow colour with brilliant hues. Very visible and persistent perlage. Good aromatic intensity, which varies from fruity notes of pear to white flowers of hawthorns. An elegant and fine bouquet. In the mouth, you find a very fine and pleasing bubble, a good freshness, which gives strength to the wine structure and again fresh fruit scents, the pear, dry. It is very clean, with a direct persistence in the wine fineness and elegance.
