Prestigious Review

It shows a straw yellow colour sustained by a very fine and elegant bubble, like all the wines with the denomination Rive of the company BiancaVigna. The wine is extremely pleasant to the palate, almost suave, very smooth and creamy. At the first sip the scents of yellow pulp fruit are enhanced in full harmony with the white flowers, among which stands out the hawthorn. The fresh and harmonious taste with a savoury, elegant finish makes it perfect as an aperitif glass, to be proposed as an accompaniment for marinated fish or, why not, for seafood crudités. A perfectly balanced and extremely clean wine.
